Is this set up as a rotation? I don't know, I never checked the online thing. I bought pack #2 and I really like them! I agree with a lot of what Sharaz said. I have done about 4 of the workouts . . there are still a couple I haven't done . . but I like them. I do them as add-ons when I have time after my main workout. I never do a yoga only workout, but that is just me. That is just my own preference regarding yoga. I do like his instruction . . it can be a bit cheesy but it feels authentic and I think the workouts have a flow that makes sense to me. I have been really enjoying them. I skipped pack #1 because I figured they would be too easy and I am glad I did.

I think they are good but not something I'll use a lot. Because I also treat yoga as an add on. I do have DDP yoga 2 up for trade.

I like them a lot I use them as add on. Feel nice after my high intensity workouts. You will find Pack 1 workouts, not very challenging if you have being exercising constantly. I use those too depending on how I feel any particular day after my main workout. Good as add on and I feel stretched and relaxed afterwards. I like DDP a lot too. He is funny

I received DDP Yoga and like DDP, too. I put the morning "Wake-Up" routine on my iPhone so I could do it in the morning when I get up.
