I agree. I'm not sure what to expect by this almost nonexistent clip...

Then FIF KB was on sale so I had to get that one.
Then I found some bargains on stability ball workouts here in Shanghai, and my gym has 2 stability balls that no one ever uses. So I got 3.

Now this and the FIF Bodyweight. Of course I don't need them. But I want them.

Oh, what the hell, I'm ordering.
I hear you. I ordered one from AOS, and the FIF Kettlebell and Bodyweight ones. I am going to order this one as I have heard Donica is awesome. She trains in NJ but her location is not very convenient for me otherwise I would do a private session or take a class with her.

I wish they were clear on whether the workout requires double bells. That could be the deciding factor for me. I just emailed their customer service to ask about the need for double bells and the length of the workouts.

That was quick! Mark writes:

Thank you for your interest in the DVD. No, it does not require double kettlebells to do the dvd. You only need one kettlebell. Workouts will range from 30-60 minutes.

Have a great Holiday!

More info from Mark...I asked a few more questions...

"There are 16 workouts. Four per week. Same format as Fitness is Function. That is how we are able to fit so many onto one DVD. The music is Rock music. It is geared towards all levels. Doniac demonstrates the intermediate form, but shows the beginner form. You can always add more weight.

If you have any more questions, we are always here to answer!

Happy Holiday!
