I found a little bit more about YogaLift. The instructor is Shannon Leavitt.
Health Magazine says: "After a 10-minute meditation session, certified personal trainer Shannon Leavitt leads you through 30 minutes of strength moves (you’ll need dumbbells for some). Then master yoga instructor Monique Maxwell follows up with 40 minutes of classic asanas. Do the programs back-to-back, or alternate between them for stronger muscles and a clearer mind". The website is YogaLift. Monique Maxwell who leads the yoga section has a background in Iyengar and Ashtanga and studies with Pattabhi Jois in India. There are a bunch of reviews at Amazon YogaLift Amazon Reviews, but they seem to be mostly from Minnesota where YogaLift is taught so they may just be from the students of her classes. Danielle |

I thought the video clip on Collage looked interesting; the use of the weights in this video looks much better than how Sara Ivanhoe uses them in her new Total Body Tone with Weights. I'd be intersested in hearing from someone who has tried this--Gilda, have you gotten your copy yet?
