G-o-o-o-o-d morning! My yesterday featured:
~ LWR 7 Minute Challenge to Lose Belly Fat; ~ PT reformer session; ~ Meditation Day 10 - Insight Timer, Completely Relaxed for Sleep by Michael Macintosh She beat me to a pulp on the reformer. The other lady seemed mostly okay and she was about my age and did not look like an exerciser at all. It was humbling. I can't chat today - waves all around and hugs to anyone who needs them. |

Good morning all! Thanks for the well-wishes on the training. I don't think I need luck particularly though - just time to sit through it, lol.
Last night's yoga with Kim was perfect for me. I was the only student (not too unusual in her tiny studio). We did second chakra work - fluid movement and hip opening. Tonight I go back for her advanced class (last night was level 2). This morning I did another Gilad Total Body Sculpt and dog walk. I hadn't done any yoga between Saturday morning's class and last night's. I've done that a few times lately - gone much too long without yoga - and then it feels so good when I go back to it! I am thinking about starting a Travis 30for30 rotation next week - a loose rotation, I'd follow the sequence of the written rotation but do other things on the days I have live classes (or practice sequences to teach). I don't want to slack off on weight work but have a number of DVDs with short body-part segments, so I'm thinking those could be add-ons after 30for30 each day. Sherry, good news for your DH! Pam, I love the beach but I guess I'll never live near one. The mountains are nice too though, and we're going to Maui in February for our ocean fix. Count me as another who loves AMYFYW! Cheryl, my young dog runs miles around the yard by herself and still wants walks. The old dog needs to be walked to encourage him to move (and he loves it too). Jackie, I hope you have a good class tonight.
