Keep the originals and/or theirbackups for the ones that you really still want. The others, give to a family member or friend who likes working out. Share, the love by giving them away to family and/or friends.

Enlighten me, please. Why can't you donate them to Goodwill or Salvation Army? Or give them to your public library?

Unfettered it may be because there are no cases and some of them are not originals. Also because if copyright. She has to keep the originals because she backed them up to hard drive. Of course, nobody but us will know. If there are no cases or artwork, Goodwill may not take. Not sure about Salvation Army.

I have the same thing you have. DVDs I converted from VHS... I'm keeping mine and have been exercising to them for years. I Still do!

How do I convert to digital???? Or...
Which DVD to digital brand converter do you recommend... my biggest fear is losing, or damaging my DVDs. And they are for my personal use as well.

I, also, have over a thousand videos. And now all on dvd's.

I use an app Mac DVD Ripper Pro. I have a back up drive of my hard drive in case of failure.

I don't want to have any physical media, if I can help it. We downsized a couple of years ago, sold our house, moved into an Airstream, and traveled. It was really liberating to get rid of all the stuff. So I'm still in that mode.

Thank you Laura, Julia and Barb!
I will absolutely check them out.

I am definitely going to "gift" my VHS tapes.

Once I have backed up my dvd's I'll probably give those away too.
