I am very sorry for your loss!
It is never easy losing a fur baby. I have lost 2 over my lifetime and it was gut-wrenching both times. But I always eventually get another. I treasure the time I have with them. Always treasure the good times and memories you had with them. Those memories usually do manage to bring a smile to your face and keep the love in your heart.

I'm so sorry. That kind of heartbreak is hard to get over, and hearing about someone else's loss always brings back memories of all the cherished pets I've lost over the years. Be kind to yourself and remember the good times.
