I just did the Soldier workout and it was pretty good. It was 6 rounds of 1 min cardio, 30 sec plyo, 30 sec recovery, 1 minute strength. All moves were body weight. There were 1 round of burpees and a version of mountain climbers. There was a modifier for all the moves. The workout had a solid warm up and cool down. The lead apparently used to be a soccer player, and it showed in some of the stretches at the end. It had some good stretches for the groin and hamstrings. Overall, I was really impressed with the workout.

These look really good! I've just subscribed! They look challenging in a doable way and I like that he shows modifications.
