After my babies, walking was key until we got into a groove. 6 - 7 months. The babies enjoyed the walk and it was like a break for me. Then I did Vol. 1 everyday. And back to normal, even better. Also nursing, I watched the lbs fall an the floor.

Just keep this in mind...Would your baby rather hug a Barbie doll or a Teddy Bear.

The weight will come off, you need to enjoy this time with your new bundle of joy, don't rush anything.

Congradulations! There is nothing out there that can compare to bring a new life into the world and those first few months.

Best Wishes for a healthy baby,
Denise

I would recommend Joyce Vedrals Fast Forward Reshape your body after Pregnancy,Weight Gain or sticky points. Her daughter marthe had a C section and gained 50 lbs and she lost it all by doing the workout. It shows her before and after picture at the beginning of the video.
