Body Groove Fit DVD
I am not very big on dance workouts, but recently discovered Body Groove and I love the routines!!!

These workouts are on their streaming service which has a free seven day trial if you want to try them out before buying them.

The Fit series is a nice change with a different instructor but since I only did all of Misty's dvds just once, once was enough for me during the free trial. That being said,the streaming site is wonderful if I did not already own all of her dvds that I wanted. Barb S

I tried the two routines that were in the email and like them.
But the price seems a bit pricey for an hour and 20 minutes of work. I would love to get the DVD but not sure how much I would use it. I haven't used the other body groove DVDs much. I did at one point but now I haven't. I would love to hear thoughts on the DVD when people start to get it. |

There was a routine in the third series I really liked with stomping, fast feet, and light bouncing.
A few tunes in the first series had a good drumbeat instead of jazz music. That being said, I urge anyone interested to try the free trial. Cancellation was easily done and like most other free trials, still offered access for the remainder of the free trial. If you love them, you have the option of buying the dvd or streaming a month here and there when you plan to actually do them.
