Walking online workouts level of difficulty

Hi all!

I just found these walking workouts and they look amazing. Good music. Nice scenery.

Can anyone comment on difficulty vs Leslie sansone. Are they roughly the same bpm as Leslie? Do they get the heartrate up well?

Thank you

They are not as intense as Leslie but you can modify upward by doing the arms movements during her lower intensity sequence.
Can even try light weights.

I do them on a rebounder and just make the moves bouncier.

It became my favorite subscription months ago and I have to force myself to take a pause to do other workouts for a week or two.

I really like these when I can't get outside to walk.

She has good music and I like the no talking.

Thank you Barb for recommending these.

I think if you made bigger arm movements it would increase the intensity.

subscription is here:
https://walkingonlineworkouts.vhx.tv/browse
after free trial just $10 a month

I love that the videos are saved where I stopped if I want to do just smaller segments
subscription also works with the vhx app
It is easy to pause the subscription up to two months
Her workouts use licensed music.
The music is so good that I hardly ever use my own music anymore.

I was never able to do Leslie walking workouts due to extreme boredom factor so they were a zilch intensity for me.

Val's WOW I really enjoy. Some are more intense than others but I have a lot of fun "dancifying" them by adding triple steps, pas de bourres, chasses, bigger arms, turns, etc. I usually enjoy her music and have learned about artists I wasn't aware of too.

She is very responsive to you as a customer as well, personable and helpful. Definitely worthy of support.

Barb *horsemom* I find her routines move too much for the rebounder. Jessica's routines are more adaptable it seems to me. Maybe I'm having too much fun dancing!

This looks like the same lady who does the Dance Faith Fitness workouts on You Tube. There are lots of those -- set to Christian music, and you just follow along. Some of them are an hour long, and there are many that consist of only one song. You can build a playlist and do as many or few as you like. I really enjoy these for add-ons.

She has a little dog (remind you of anyone?) who makes an appearance very occasionally, and sometimes a small boy will appear and dance his little heart out. His moves have nothing to do with hers, but he evidently loves the music enough to jump in. She smiles tolerantly, and anyone who has been a mom of a little one can relate.

Anyway, if you search You Tube under Dance Faith Fitness, you'll find a treasure trove.

It is the same woman who does the Dance Faith etc videos. That music is a deal breaker for me though so I prefer her Walking Online workouts.

youtube mutes alot of music
Val pays for the music rights she uses on WOW.
Many of her tracks are variations of the originals.

She keeps me moving more than any other instructor.
