Physique 57 charges

Hi,

I am having a lot of issue with Physique 57. I cancelled my free membership in April. I have been charged for 3 months, $29.99. I cannot locate a phone number anywhere. I have sent emails, no responses.

I login in to my account and it states my membership expired in April and I will not be charged.

Any suggestions, phone numbers?

Did you try the "Contact Us" feature on the website? From there use the drop down option "Online Workouts - Payments and or Access"

I hope I don't have the same problem; I'm in the middle of a trial and I also canceled - less than 2 weeks into the trial period. My account shows my trial expires July 14. I will have to keep an eye out on my CC charges. I'm going to sent them a preemptive message to make sure they have me down as being canceled.

I had a similar situation with another streaming service - even though there was proof of cancellation in my account, they never showed the subscription as being canceled in their records. It took me disputing the charge with my CC company and me providing a PDF proof of the cancellation before they accepted it.

I have contacted them through the online form. It's crazy. I am not even getting charged the price I signed up for. I am getting charged more than that. It's very frustrating.

I have also sent an email to another contact I had.

Hoping it resolves soon.

Good luck; please post your outcome and the contact info if you get results. I just sent a preemptive message through the contact us link. My best result in such situation if disputing the charge with my CC company. That always gets their attention.

Yikes. I just cancelled mine. Try their Facebook page, maybe you get more attention there.

Are they charging a credit card? Dispute the charge with your credit card company - that usually gets someone's attention.

This drives me nuts. SAME thing happened with SBF and it took 6 months to resolve. I even had my cc issue a card with a new number and they charged it~and I was chatting with a CS rep the entire time, being reassured it was taken care of. I sure hope you get it fixed ASAP.

As I stated in another thread, I honestly prefer having to call or email directly to cancel now rather than clicking a button to cancel. That doesn't seem to work.
