Tami,
Here is a rotation of free workouts Hamelin has in the Facebook group: Hamelin D’abell Method 3 Week Challenge: Take a picture of yourself (front and profile) before starting the 3 week challenge – when the 3 weeks are up take an ‘after’ shot and compare the results. You can post your before/after shots on the method page. To maximise the results and health benefits of the 3 week challenge include daily dry brushing (I do every morning before my shower, dry brushing the entire body takes me about 3 minutes) and a daily intake of raw organic apple cider vinegar (from Bragg’s) to speed up the cleansing and fat melting process. The correct intake of ACV (apple cider vinegar) is by mixing 1 to 2 teaspoons of ACV with 8 oz of water taken 2 to 3 times daily (I take it 3 times a day). Your workouts will consist of my free online workouts. I have put them together so that everything gets covered, tightened and pulled in whilst enhancing contouring and definition. And finally, if you want to check out some of Hamelin's workouts and don't usually have an hour, you might purchase the Xpress workouts, http://hamelindabellmethod.tictail.c.../xpress-series. They are 30 minutes. His other workouts are usually 60-90 minutes. The Secret workouts can usually be broken into 2 workouts, depending on how they're structured. You might just want to start with the Xpress ones and the freebies, though. There's a good amount of content there.
Enjoy! |
