Me too so you're not alone.

So Barre3 is slower and more focused, like yoga? Because I just can't do yoga.

Would P57 be similar to Tracy Mallett? I love Booty Barre.

No, I wouldn't compare Barre3 to yoga - I'm so not a yoga person, as much as I would like to be. Barre3 is not that slow.

Tracy Mallett does move faster than Barre3, no question about that. You might like Physique 57 better.

I'd say it's more interesting than yoga (I hate yoga.) I'm not down on Barre3, I just don't think it's as fun/interesting as P57.

If you like Booty Barre, I think you'll like P57.

I totally agree! Loving B3 and SBF right now...P57 moved a bit quickly for me. But, may try again when I am more advanced..

Don't mean to hi-jack your post but what exactly is "Barre3" as opposed to just "Barre". I've never heard of a Barre1 or Barre2. I'm new to barre and have no dance background so pardon my ignorance if this is a dumb question!

Barre3 is Sadie Lincoln's barre workout brand. The "3" stands for balance - she uses pilates, barre and yoga in her workouts.
