The original P57 rotation is provided during the Introduction on all of the DVDs.

It's the foundation rotation that I still use when I'm doing P57. It applies of course to both Volume sets as each contains a Classic 57 minute workout, a 30 minute Booster workout and a 30 minute Express workout:

-Classic workout 2-3 times per week
-Booster 1 time per week (Arm/Ab for Volume 1 or Thigh/Seat for Volume 2)
-Express workout 1 time per week

Oh, no!!! I was going to order directly through the P57 website, as there is no price break on Amazon. Shoot...maybe I should wait?? Has anyone ordered recently and had bad CS?

I have all the P57 workouts, and in my opinion, all you need is Volume 1. I use the Express 30 the most, and then the Classic 57. If you haven't tried P57, I suggest starting with the Volume 1 DVDs, and then decide if you want or need more.

I ordered directly through P57 recently (DVDs were delivered on 12/26) and had no issues. Shipping speed was fine, too.

ETA: I specifically avoided ordering through Amazon due to Alta's thread. I didn't want to chance it, so I ordered directly from P57.

Hi! I actually haven't had a chance to do them yet. Been recovering from the flu and then an inner ear issue. But I'm almost back to normal now and plan to do a workout this weekend.
