That's a great point. I'm realizing that as I'm taking classes. I always used to alternate them, but I do think you can do them as much as possible in a week for awesome results.

I just did an intense hour this morning and wow, I feel great. I was kind of stiff and sore when I woke up, but now I feel like I'm floating on a cloud.... lalalalala.... love it! It's like the best drug!

Question: how effective do you think a rotation of mainly their four 30min workouts might be?
Maybe supplemented by one hour length P57 on the weekend, say.

I absolutely think that could be a very effective rotation!

I admit, I'm interested in the Erin Andrews workout. I liked the preview.

How long can you "rent" a download?

Nuggie's Auntie: do you do the monthly download subscription? Just curious.

I reviewed the Erin Andrews one here.

You can rent the streaming videos for 48 hours.

I do not do the subscription. I can't imagine paying those prices!! I think $57 is crazy expensive for what they're offering. I do try each of the streaming workouts. They're all excellent. I'd say the Erin Andrews one is my least fave, just because I found Erin really annoying.

Hi Kittybug. Cutest name ever!

The original P57 rotation is provided during the Introduction on all of the DVDs.

It's the foundation rotation that I still use when I'm doing P57. It applies of course to both Volume sets as each contains a Classic 57 minute workout, a 30 minute Booster workout and a 30 minute Express workout:

-Classic workout 2-3 times per week
-Booster 1 time per week (Arm/Ab for Volume 1 or Thigh/Seat for Volume 2)
-Express workout 1 time per week

Hope this helps and best of luck to you!

Thanks for the encouragement! My endurance is way down these days and I think 4 mornings/week of short P57s could be worth trying, along with longer on a Saturday.

I rarely have time (or the energy) to do a full 57 minute workout on weekdays so I use the express and Thigh and Seat booster a lot more. The DVD that came with the book is a nice compilation of exercises (UB from CV2, some LB from T&S, and abs from Express II) I find their 30 minute express workouts very complete and Thigh and Seat even has a little bit of upper body work in it.
I played around with Freemake to create 30 minute workouts from both the classics which I do when I crave those particular exercises.

Are you going to have some fun with Tanya again? "lower seat, lower seat, work it! work it!"

LOL! Yeah, I thought that was pretty steep, too.

Thanks for responding!
