first rebounding workout!

I ordered a jumpsport 370 & have been just bouncing a few min here & there. So today I wanted to try a rebounding workout, I did a youtube one from Bellicon, it was fun! I have to work up to some of the more coordinated moves, but overall I was able to do most everything!

Is it normal for my knees to talk to me a bit while rebounding? It's not painful, I just notice them at times during the workout. Now that I'm done they feel fine, no pain or anything. Just wondered if anyone had a similar experience.

Looking forward to adding this workout tool into my schedule!

Hi Tami,

My knees never bother me when I rebound and that's why I love it. I remember though when I first started my feet and knees were a bit sore, but that lasted maybe the first 3 times I used the rebounder. I think my body was just getting used to a new movement.

I just found last night this TA videos on youtube!
