Also - the site advertises 30% off with HOLIDAY19 code.

There's a new person featured in the video clips on the site. Active military and veterans can get 50% off.

I love watching the DDP video clips - I hadn't seen the one with Vance before.
What a great idea. There are so many who can benefit. I don't see the link to a clip, though.

I found the clips on Youtube:

It is inspiring, but I wish the clips showed samples of the actual workouts.

I watched every one of the Jerry clips on You Tube. I hope he's still doing well.

I didn't see any clips for this program on the web site, but found these on You Tube.

Here's DDP himself with a brief intro:

This guy does a nice review in just over 3 minutes:

I'd be interested to know if anyone has ever tried the DDP app.

My DH (59) is doing the original DDP Yoga rotation even as we speak. It has improved his flexibility. I'd be interested in checking out the new series more for me.

ETA: I ran across an old episode of Shark Tank on YouTube where DDP was trying to get financing for his new app and set.

They all turned him down.

Which DDP rotation did he do? see that there are many different versions or lengths of the original (not Rebuild) version of DDP yoga on his website. Each version has a different number of disks/workouts.

My DH couldn't stand P90X yoga - too hard. But he really liked Erich Schiffmann's Backyard Beginners. It's long, but you can do just part of it and work your way up to doing more.

It's been a while. I think I bought the "Max Pack."

It has a 13-Week Workout Grid that DH has been doing.

meant to also add that DH also liked Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch. it's not yoga, more like athletic stretch.

Karen does have some good yoga offerings too.

Does anyone have the DDP Yoga app? I am thinking of trying it before or instead of buying the set but I am not sure if the app has the actual workouts in the set.
