Sorry - I just got my STS today and I didn't plan ahead very much. I'm glad you liked it though. Hopefully there's some other slackers out there who'll find it useful. I included the disk number that's in the STS book but not on the pdf at the website. I didn't realize until I got the book that the exercises are in order by the first disk they appear on.

Sorry to bring up such an old thread, but I've been struggling A LOT with the 1RM tests for STS, and while doing a search for info on how to manage them, I came across a post by Judy that mentioned this spreadsheet she made for each test. I couldn't find the spreadsheet itself, so I PM'd Judy asking her if she'd mind sending it to me.
Judy, being the lovely lady that she is, sent me a response saying she remembered starting a thread about her spreadsheet and if I searched for it, I'd find it. (Which would save a couple steps since I wouldn't have to send her my email address so she could attach it to an email). And low and behold, here it is!!! I thought others might benefit from this spreadsheet as well, so I figured I might as well revive the thread. Thank you soooooo much, Judy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
