Hi, Adam. When I did STS, I did the 6-month rotation so I did each week twice before moving to the next. I found it quite beneficial to write things down so that I knew what to expect the second time I did the workout. Also, when I got to meso 3 and Plyo Legs, I found it helpful to write down how many risers Cathe used so I could save time on set up for the next workout.
Oh, and when I used a weird weight, like 13.5 lbs or something, I would write down how I got to that weight to save time for the next workout.
