I found a new stretching series by Audrey Krafft that is amazing. I haven’t done all of her workouts, but I think this one is terrific: https://youtu.be/f8hqfu-b7fs

She has a balance & core that I want to try tomorrow :-)

Audrey is a bit of a talker, but I think that makes the workouts more enjoyable. I hope you find one that you like!

Yes :-) Her workouts reflect her background.

Much of her conversation is about where the stretch should be felt which I find helpful.

Has anyone tried her Zoom workouts?

Not sure what time zone she is but she says 10:30 am Wed and Friday.

i found here while searching for essentrics workouts. then she disappeared from the channel that she was on. Found her again on a search. She is GREAT!
