Also, silly me, I was expecting the barre stretch to be less work and more flowy stretch (maybe like the stretch segment from the Weight Watcher's dvd). The part I viewed looked like WORK, haha. Definitely ignore me. Most people will probably love it. |

I knew Suzanne Bowen was a task master - just thought this was a beginner to intermediate level, easier dvd. Well, I am gonna give it my best modification shot!
