I think Scott Cole's Disco Dojo is wonderful!

If you are a Firmie and have the equipment, the Firm Basics are also good. The 12 Minute Cardio and 12 Minute Weights collections are good short add-ons. Another good (but kind of funky/cheesy) Firm is Prime Powers Fat Burning.

Sue Grant's Fit at Any Age is great.

And there's always the Power Fits! Stephanie also has a couple of Weight Watchers workouts that are senior-friendly, Punch and Time Crunch Training.

Another Weight Watchers workout that I really love is Ultimate Dance Party led by Ilyse Baker, who was in some of Petra Kolber's older workouts. All the Weight Watchers workouts show modifications, so it's easy to find moves your body will enjoy!

Another vote for Jane Adams! Gentle Yoga (filmed in Montana) is absolutely wonderful. All of the practices are great. My personal favorite is the Desk and Computer Relief one - I've used it a lot and I always feel better afterward.

I love that practice as well! Well, actually I love several of those practices.

What about Jane Fonda's last workout set?

I personally don't believe in age defined workouts since people the same age aren't in the same shape. You probably have to modify your workouts to work the muscle and not the joint, something that Margaret Richard, turning 70 this year, believes in. She is trying to get funding for another PBS series, which will be an uphill battle, sadly.

Thanks everyone for your replies! Looks like you might've save me some money. Then again I'm off to look for some of your recommendations unless anyone has any for trade. I don't have a list posted but have a ton of dvds! Imagine that!

Angie Miller did Absolute Beginners - Cardio & Strength Training Workout for Seniors, probably one of my favorites of this type of workout.

I like some of Susan Tuttle's workouts. My favorite was the circuit workout - it gave lots of options.

Not a senior workout, but Liquid Grooves is one they'll have to pry out of my cold, dead hands.

Walk Your Way Slim is a one for me these days with all of the options it gives.

Scott Cole's Chair Strength & Stretch (the older DVD, not the newest one) is another favorite that I save for when I'm not feeling well and would do well for when I get older.

Good luck finding something that works for you.

I think Jenny Ford's workouts are very accessible to those wanting gentler workouts.

Classical Stretch, any, and in particular Miranda's "Aging Backwards" series.
