New WW workout with Lisa Wheeler
I recently received the new WW workout (Belly, Buns, etc) with Lisa Wheeler.
I knew it wouldn't be intense, but I like Lisa. It is a nice set of 10 minute workouts! I especially like the ab workouts. She puts some nice twists on moves and does some weighted and standing moves. The lower body sections are good too. Good for add ons or more relaxed days!
