WW Target & Tone Pilates, who is the instructor?

Saw in the WW online store: new Target & Tone Pilates DVD sold with a pilates circle. Does anybody recognize the instructor? (hopefully I can get the picture to upload).

Thanks. I was wondering this myself. I saw this at a meeting last week and searched the box for a name and couldn't find it. But it was not a word for word read.

Lara Hudson is "known" so you would think they would put her name on it.

On all the WW workouts I have (and I have a lot) the instructors are always called out. I wonder if they are changing their ways.

Here's an excerpt from an article I found online:

For the last year, Hudson has been designing her signature workout called The Mercury Method, a blend of Pilates and yoga with traditional fitness programs. She also has several new videos coming out, including “10 Minute Solution: Tighten and Tone Pilates” which incorporates a band to add resistance and a Pilates video for Weight Watchers.

The instructor is Lara Hudson. There is an upper body workout (30 min) and lower body workout (30 min) with an option to play both together. There is also a bonus ab segment about 10 minutes long. It is filmed on he same set as the yoga workout and has options for beginner, intermediate and advanced. It cost $24.95 at my center, but some in some areas it costs a little more. I have only previewed it so far, but it looks okay. It seems tougher than Lara's 10 Minute Solution videos. It is only sold in meeting centers right now.

The pilates ring, which WW calls a "toning ring", is a metal circle covered in blue and black foam.
