Tape for feet?
Occasionally I want to do my walking workouts barefoot and I want some kind of slip-resistance on my feet, a yoga moves around to much is there a tape that I could wrap around the ball of my foot to provide some grip?

you might check out dance supply sites. My kids wore these things that I think were called "Dance Paws" on their feet when they danced contemporary (done barefoot) that help give your feet some grip.

You might try ToeSox half toe socks. There are many varieties now that do not cover the whole foot but still provide some amount of traction. Their site (link function does not work: https://www.toesox.com/socks/grip-socks.html) has some examples, but you can often find them for less through other retailers.
