TapoutXT 2

Does anybody still use them? I did FightNight today and enjoyed it tremendously. I have to dig these up again for cardio.I always loved this series.

I still say Tapout was one of my best finds. I love these workouts. I love Tapout XT 2 as well.

I wish he'd come out with a third set.

I would love a Tapout XT3 too but all I could find about Mike Karpenko was the teaser on his website.

Can you do XT2 if you haven't done XT1?

Well, yes of course. TXT2 is longer, about an hour each DVD, though the style is very similar. TXT1 has longer recoveries, and shorter intervals, 30 sec most of the time, plus shorter DVDs. In TXT2 the intervals are a minute and the recovery is when he demonstrates the next move. Very fast paced workouts. Some are a little easier, like the Butts and Guns (?) but most of them are fast and furious.
