Well after putting Steve Cotter's kettlebell system in my shopping cart and taking it out for a week I decided to get it.

Ok, so far, EXCELLENT instruction. But note that this is not just a kettlebell program, so instruction includes:

Dips
Pull-ups
Roman chair
Barbell squats
Jump squats
Deadlifts
Bar Hang
Modified Pistol
Clean & jerk (long cycle)
Snatch
Double swings
Russian military press
Push press
Jerk specific squats
Farmer's hold
Pressing sit-ups
