I just finished Mistress of the Ritz, and it was very good. I did not know until two third through it, that it is a true story. I just began a thriller, The Night Olivia Fell.

I am almost done with Where the Crawdads Sing and feeling anxious about what to read next as this is the 4th good book in a row that I’ve read and I’m never that lucky.

I am listening to "To Kill a Mocking Bird" read by Sissy Spacek and really enjoying revisiting this classic. Makes me want to check out some other favorites.

I just finished "Lying Next to Me" by Gregg Olsen. It wasn't bad but I kind of figured out the ending halfway through. But there was an extra "shock" at the end though!

I just started "Gwendy's Button Box" by Stephen King and Richard Chizmar. So far I'm enjoying it. It's a novella though so it should be a quick read.

For fans of The Handmade's Tale - Margaret Atwood's sequel is out, The Testaments. There's a Goodreads interview with her if interested:

What Happened to Offred

I am currently reading All This I Will Give to You by Dolores Redondo, a murder mystery /slash/ love story, and enjoying it a lot. For book club I just started an oldie, Pirate Latitudes by Michael Chrichton. Getting sucked right in!

I read that a few months ago and liked it. (The Night Olivia Fell).

I am reading "Not Her Daughter" by Rea Frey.

I have flown through a couple of e-books on my iPad in the past week: A Well-Behaved Woman by Therese Anne Fowler and The Prisoner in the Castle by Susan Elia MacNeal. I have several other e-books on hold.

I may start The Library Book next.

I recently started Maclom Gladwell's Outliers. I read several of his other books but had this one for awhile before deciding to read it; it's very engaging so far.
