I like to do Cathe’s MIS warm up, lower body section, repeat the lower body section, then skip to the stretch. It’ a fantastic lower body workout with a serious cardio effect in about 50 minutes, IIRC.
I also love Gymstyle Legs, Pure Strength Legs and abs, Pyramid Lower Body, Legs and Glutes, and Ripped with HIIT Lower Body Circuit and X10 Cardio Leg Blast. For some reason, Butts and Guts has a dread factor for me. It seems to go on and on.
