Dream Body rotation ideas??

Hello!

We are moving this week and next... my gym is all taken apart and will be about a week or two till i get things in working order. SO.. good bye heavy weight for a while!!

I want to do a dream body rotation of some sort. It is easy to have all i need to do them (large ball, band, 2lb weights and small ball). Do you do them in order.. mx in a cardio day in-between? What rotation with DB got you good results?

Thanks!!

I am doing them in whatever order I feel like with a cardio day inbetween. I am too sore after them to do them back to back.

I did a Dream Body workout then the next day BTM and continued alternating. Doing the DB workouts back to back would have been fine for me as personally I did not experience DOMS. As far as order I chose whatever I wanted! Fusion is my fave, in fact is on tap for this afternoon.

My legs were their leanest combining these two. I got burnt out on tonique though. I'm slowly adding it back in.

I use my own music when doing Tonique.. helps a lot!! When my legs are on fire during the first part of BTM.. i take a jump rope break and then hop back in fro some more leg torture!!

Arrgh, that is what I'm worried about. I got the DB set as it was mentioned as an alternative on a recent thread about trying not to burn out from Tonique. I do think they would be an ideal combination though.

Lately I've been alternating it with Atletica or my TRX class, but I just got TA Meta and just started alternating it with that. I don't know if I'll keep doing it though.
