It was several years ago when it first came out. I had been doing The Firm religiously for about a year and had stopped seeing results. For a month I did a rotation of:
Day 1/3
High Round Assets + Hip Hugger Abs
Day 2/4
Muscle Eats Fat + 30-50 min cardio (Max Cardio Burn +Abs, Calorie Killer, Steamin' Cardio)
Day 5+6+7
Rest or long walk
I lost an inch off my hips, and 1.5" off each thigh! Inches that hadn't budged no matter how much firming i did for quite a long time. I think I lost some inches in my waist too. I was following the same diet I had been before...low carb or weight watchers...can't remember which. It was a great program, but I fell off the wagon. I highly recommend.
