Swiss Ball workouts (using only the ball)

Any suggestions? Dvds, online videos, youtube? I want something that only uses the ball and your body with no extra weights or accessories. I would like something gentle if possible or at least slow. I am trying to get stronger without causing more injuries so something with a slower pace or a gentler group of exercises would be nice. Please any suggestions? Thanks

There are some good stability ball workouts but I don't know of any gentle ones. You should post this in the general forum because you'll get more comments.

The Gaiam company did a series of Balance Ball workouts for the upper and lower body with Suzanne Deason. They were beginner level. I used to own them, but outgrew them. They were beautiful, filmed outdoors in front of a flowing brook.

Here's what I got from youtube: http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...workout&page=1

I like the workout from james city county, beginner level but seem to have a variety of movements.

Hope this helps.
