I did this last night. it's 50 min long.

It is very relaxing, typical Barbara.

even though it has "seated" in the title, around 50% of the moves are lying down. she uses a strap in some of the leg stretch moves. she also uses 1 yoga block to lift up the shoulder blades while in the supine position.

summary of moves (somewhat in order):
supine cobbler pose, which she holds for a long time (to remove tension from stomach - love this pose)
seated twist on both sides
while sitting on floor, side neck stretch
seated oblique stretch, both sides
seated mini back bend for upper back stretch
supine single leg stretches using strap
supine back twists (1 bent leg that you move to the opposite arm, other leg is straight on floor)
supine bridge work
extended time for shavasana
then you end the practice by getting back into a seated position
