Cathe Fit Split Push Day Basic Premix #3. Can’t decide if legs (other than hamstrings) had enough work. Upper body is toast.

I did Kelly’s Trim & Tone and her Body Design Cardio Sculpt. Then I took the puppy on a mile and a half walk and then I pushed my senior dog in her stroller for a mile and then I mowed the lawn for two hours and now I plan to lie down on the couch for awhile. 😁

rest day

Just walked with the pups this morning. I woke up feeling a little sore overall so a rest day was called for. This goes along with the 60, 70, 80 thread for how things have changed. I'm 59, close enough, and have learned to trust myself when I need a rest day.
