Your Favorite KCM Cardio Workouts

I'm bored with my cardio workouts and I need something new. I am in the midst of a KCM lovefest, so what are your favorite KCM cardio workouts?

I know there is Amped Up Cardio, but what else does she have that is pure cardio (meaning no weights involved)?

Also, with Amped Up Cardio, are there are a lot of crowd shots? I was looking at a YT clip last night and I'm wondering if I would find the camera shots of the crowd to be too annoying.

Thanks!

TLC is one of my favorites. It's two boxing workouts that are both really fun (I like the first one a teeny bit better) and use no equipment.

My personal favorite is Cardio Quick Fix.

I find her cardio workouts kinda boring and the only one I reach for is Amped Up Cardio. I also think it's more intense than her other workouts that I've tried. I don't find the crowd shots annoying or distracting. The choreo is pretty easy, so you're ok if the camera pulls away from here here and there. There is a Total Body Kickboxing one that I like OK. I've never tried the kickboxing step workouts, although I have one or two.

I like Cardio Blast. In fact, it's her only all cardio workout that I like (I haven't tried Amped).

ETA: I forgot that I also like 30MTF Stepboxing!

I've done her boxing workout from Cardio Pump a lot since I bought it- it's fun and flows really well. I like her step boxing workouts, too, but find they are more challenging than her kickboxing workouts. The use of the step really takes up the intensity. I lean more toward her boxing/kickboxing workouts for cardio, they are more fun for me!

I love both workouts on Cardio Pump!

I have a bunch of KCMs but seem to keep going back to this one.

Most of her circuit workouts (my favorites) have a combined cardio premix also. Just something else to think about.

That's right. I keep forgetting about the all-cardio premixes.

I think I might have had Cardio Blast and found it boring. I'll have to look at clips.

I use KCM's boxing workouts (or workouts that have boxing premixes) with weighted gloves.

TLC and Cardio Pump are great.

Total Body Kickboxing isn't bad.

Trim Down is deadly boring.
