Kari's Body Tech, just the step portion. I planned to do the strength as well, but didn't get to it.

It stopped raining and finally cooled off, so I plan an after dinner walk.

BJ Gaddour- The Sizzler Cardio workout- lots of inventive twists on usual workout moves.
BJ Gaddour- Bonus Mobility Maximizer- LOVE this workout!!! This workout alone would make me keep this set. 30 minutes of mobilization stretches that cover every body part (including wrists, ankles, shins, and feet which are often missing in these types of workouts.)
