Walk Aerobics on YouTube Rotation!

Hi everyone

I am back with another all-YouTube rotation, featuring my favourite workout type, walk aerobics. This rotation is 100% free and can be followed using streaming workouts which can be found on YouTube. The workouts are all from instructor's official channels and are legal to use (there are pirated ones available on YouTube too, but the ones on this list are all free and legal). Enjoy!

The Plan:

Alternate a long day with a short day as follows:

1- 15-minute walk plus any 5-minute add-on
2- 30-minute walk
3- 15-minute walk plus any 5-minute add-on
4- 30-minute walk
5- 15-minute walk plus any 5-minute add-on
6- 40+-minute walk
7- rest
