I just failed to fast forward through the beginning junk in Tough Tape on VHS. There is a quote from a Joni O. Is that VF's very own Joni O? Just wondering.

I'd like to know too. I still have my VHS, but I replaced them all on DVD in 2015 and I don't have a working VCR connected right now.

“I saw changes in less than 10 workouts.” They pulled it from my VF review of a Firm workout (don’t remember which one) and used it on Tortoise, Hare, Strong Heart (now Firm Cardio) and Strong Body (now Firm Strength). What I actually said in the review was “...tiny, little changes ...”. That was edited out. It was also used in a Firm ad in the May, 1997 issue of Self magazine.
