Cathe's Afterburn (Express 1-10 Premix) - I was going to do the Double Trouble premix, but I have such a dread factor knowing I have to do it all over again so I stopped!)
Jari's ER 1000 Hardcore (Weights workout) - this is HARD! My HR really climbs doing this premix - there's no cardio intervals to give you a break from the weights plus the "afterburn" really contributes to the HR numbers.
P57 Arms & Abs Booster (standing arm work and abs) - always a favorite add-on to weight work.
Cathe's Crossfire (Stretch)
PT stretches

2 combos from Breathless Body 2. I didn't expect it to top out at 30 mins. But it was exhilarating.

Missy Beaver's first version of Kettlebell Revolution (the one featuring background exercisers). I did the intermediate workout 3x, skipping the joint mobility segment the last 2x. It was a surprisingly good workout when done that way -- took less than 45-50 minutes. It reminded me of our RKS class. Don't know why I never thought to do it this way before ....

Cathe Bootcamp (Everything but Core premix) To me, this seems pretty easy compared to some of her others that I have; I like the weight work.
