I have been working a lot from home trying to get information ready for teachers for guidance on instruction for the remainder of the year. I pushed that out to them yesterday afternoon, so maybe I can just field questions from here.
I did start out April with KCM Lean Body Circuits - Combined Workouts No HiLo Premix.
Yoga for today. Taught 4 classes online. It’s so different but I like it.
Jen, great Jewish work and exercise.
Oh! And thank you for giving me the credit for starting the thread I know you meant Lori You two always come up with great titles.
Today was a walk. I was actually spending time painting! So exciting. I have not done much art for the past few weeks.

Yesterday was a foray into Les Mills Body Combat. I like the exercise, but not the atmosphere. It's a little too macho for my taste. I think I like the DVDs better. Have to check them out again.
Jen- no issue with kudos. We are all in it together, and I am glad to have my VF family when the world is absolutely crazy.
Hope to get in some exercise today as well as home cooking. Luckily, I like to cook unlike some friends of mine who go to restaurants all of the time. Especially the New Yorkers whose ovens are still wrapped in plastic!

I am teaching 13 classes per week. So it’s been great and busy. So amazed that so many students joined in online and so pleased the classes are helping them.
There is a lot of need for healing, compassion and love in this world.

Today was yoga and 5 miles walk in the wilderness. Saw an osprey, a snake, frogs, squirrels, fish, woodpecker, canaries, cardinals, blue jays, heard an owl, saw a turtle, tadpoles, and two humans.
