No workout today. We did walk the dogs, and it was so nice to see the sun again! I gave blood this afternoon, so that's it for me. I am feeling better today. I'm sure there will be many ups and downs before this is all over, but exercise does help keep me on an even keel.

Cleda - I'm going to have to try another Body Combat and see if the issues happen again. I have to admit that I'm drawn more to the Peloton workouts right now then the Les Mills. I'm sure that part of it is newer, shiny objects, but I have really enjoyed the treadmill ones that I've tried and want to try an actual run!
