Hi all. My workout yesterday was Fit Split Push Day weights only premix and Tony Horton's Next Level Core of the Earth. His ab workout seems very easy compared to Cathe's, even at the hardest level.
Karjoy - Off the top of my head, Cathe's 30ish -minute workouts are: Pyramid up or down only premix (both original & LITE); Supersets UB premix, Muscle Max push/pull UB premix, STS total body single set or UB only premix; Fit Split weights only portions. LITE has lots of shorter premixes. If you heavy up, you still get a very good workout.
Cher - Glad to hear you're still working out. I think there's lots of adjustments for couples who aren't used to being around each other 24/7
