That is cool and creepy at the same time. The creepy is it sees your heart rate and what muscles you are using.

Reviews of Xbox Fitness are coming in, and here's one that's not so good. Apparently the videos have to be streamed rather than stored on your HD, so if you have slow internet, it can be frustrating.
