I buzzed thru just day 1 of her 12 week challenge and it looks high intermediate /advanced to me.
The warmup looks like I'd need a warm-up before it, lol.

I find her workouts to be fairly advanced. Some of them are fairly high impact. She has a five minute plank challenge workout that I could barely get all the way through.

I haven’t done her newer stuff, but I’d say her older ones are high intermediate. I really like these two workouts of hers:

They’re both no repeat so the workout flies by!

I’ve been doing Penny Barnshaw workouts the last 3 months or so and they’re similar to Heather’s in that there’s no talking/similar music/visual timer, but I’ve found these to be harder if that’s what you’re looking for.

I did one of her upper body workouts that uses only dumbbells and I thought it was something that could be done no matter what level you are, just depends on the amount of weight you use.
