My favorite series is XTrain! ICE is a close second. Even though ICE was designed as an intermediate series, I like that you can easily modify up or down depending on your fitness level. I also like the Blizzard Blasts and Muscle Meltdowns in ICE. I use the Muscle Meltdowns a lot to add on a quick strength training session to do one body part per day. The Blizzard Blasts are a good add-on if you want to work out for a longer period of time/increase the intensity.

Xtrain and STS are my most used by far. I also like Slow and Heavy.
STS was really a game changer for me. After completing the program, I was lean/ripped and strong in an all new way even though I had been doing other Cathe programs for years prior to that. I did complete the program exactly as instructed (many people reported skipping the 1 rep max testing) and I think that was in part key to my results.

I'm not sure of my favorite series. I'm still thinking about it. It may go back further to the Sash Series or Intensity Series. |
