Not pathetic at all!! AND THANKS to everyone who has sent me or posted the weekly schedules here.

I'm going to compile them and post them on the Jessica Smith Combo/Rotation thread to keep everything together in one place. Now, that will be a fun Sat night project, LOL! I'm going to be off work for a week and a half, so I will probably d it over the next two weeks.

I always loved Jessica's schedules, they seem very well balanced and the time commitment is not huge - generally you are not going for more than 30 minutes which is just perfect if you're busy or if you want to add on.

Monday: 10-Minute Arms + Abs AND 25-Minute Cardio Boot Camp Boogie
Tuesday: 40-Minute Belly, Buns + Thighs Walk
Wednesday: 30-Minute Ballet Body Sculpt
Thursday: 15-Minute Kickboxing for Weight Loss AND 15-Minute Belly, Buns And Thighs Boot Camp
Friday: 30-Minute Flow Yo
Saturday: 25-Minute Mat Fusion Flow
Sunday: Rest Day!
