Karen is a great instructor! When I started branching out from only doing Firms, Karen was one of my go-tos. I bought Great Weighted Workout and was hooked (who knew 2 lb. weights could be so hard?), then bought Energy Sprint, Yoga Sculpt, and Strong & Smooth Moves. Although I haven't done a Karen workout in a LONG time, she'll always be one of my favorite instructors. Her form pointers are impeccable.

I believe I still have all of her workouts. The floor routine in GWW remains a favorite and her various stretch routines can't be beat. Also a big fan of burn & firm.

Only her two newest stretch DVDs. I do remember a time where I really enjoyed the Great Weighted Workout. (The outfits on those dudes, though!) Ooo, and I did really like that lower body Pilates workout that used a ring...

I always admired Karen’s instruction and form. She is so precise in everything she does. I wish she would make more workouts too. I still have most of her workouts on dvd but I honestly can’t remember the last time I did one. When she started to shift to more stretch and yoga workouts, I found that I worked out with her less and less. I definitely need to do more stretching and improve my flexibility though and when I start to do that I will definitely reach for Karen.

I just purchased her Pure and Simple Stretch from Thriftbooks for $5. Many people here have raved about her stretch workouts so I'm excited to get it.

I still have a few of her workouts. I have stretching, yoga and Your Personal Best which is my favorite for the music and scenery.

For some reason I had trouble with her floor cardio. I found her arm movement patterns hard to follow. I am better at choreography now, so maybe I will try some again

I'm glad this thread was started bc today I pulled out Slim Physique and did the cardio and yoga stretch workouts. I forgot how much I love this stretch! Thanks for the reminder!

I really only clicked with Great Weighted Workout and Energy Sprint, but these two are absolute keepers! I love the energy, music, and the dated feel! And like Garrie mentioned, her form pointers cannot be beat!

Agree with so many of you about Karen's stretch workouts. I love them! I love her yoga, pilates, and stretch. Whenever I need a REALLY GOOD stretch I pull out yoga stretch. I love that she stays in a postion long enough to feel it, and doesn't rush through the stretch.
