She's super buff! Those workouts are ones I used to do and loved the challenge. However, they are too advanced for me know. That makes me sad.

Looks good! I cannot subscribe to anymore YT fitness channels. I don't have time to do the ones I have. But this is tempting. They are longer than I would like. I have to try and look away.

She's amazing! My all time favorite workout trainer!! I've been working out with Julia for...I think it's been 3 years now? Love her!

I often just do some of her workouts or shorten some of the rounds (for example if she does a 5x5 set maybe I just do 5x3). I usually keep my workouts under an hour. She does have some shorter workouts, though. Here is a playlist with some of those. Many are less then 30 minutes:

So how do you skip forward to shorten the workout in YouTube? And thanks for the list. I might try that...

I actually download her workouts and trim them with my video clipping software. It works great. I support her on patreon so I don't feel bad about downloading off youtube. I also, as often as possible, let the workouts run on my desktop while I peruse other tabs so she gets all the ad revenue by letting the stream run and of course not using ad blocker.

I think that's a little too much work for something I might end up not liking. I'll try her shorter workouts first.

Im so so loving her. I did the dreaded HIIT Pairs & Burpees today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF8h...aENjZo&index=2 and I was buzzing after that alll day. I'll start doing her 1 hr long workouts 3/week combining with something low intensity on the other days.
