Does anyone subscribe to his streaming site? Are there any pure strength workouts? I see a lot of Hiit in the promos but can’t tell if he has strength workouts? Any input? Thanks!

Well, it is all Donavanikish, lot of sweating and intensity. I love the app, so many things to choose from. Yes you can find lifting as well. Check it out I think he has some free trial. If not, 9 /month is really a very good deal.

He delivers a good workout in a shorter amount of time, but there is a dread factor for me with his workouts. I think because it is all the same moves and format. Hope he mixes things up for the price.

I love this service! He’s constantly adding more workouts and new instructors! And the price is great. I’ve been subscribed since the beginning and I use it all the time. You should definitely try it out.
