I'm looking for Rhythmic Step on dvd by Cathe. I've been really enjoying step workouts lately. I planned on doing this one the other day and couldn't find it in my collection. No idea what happened, unless I had it on vhs and de-cluttered it. Thanks for looking.

Jo - I have an extra copy of Yoga mind & body. It's a VHS though. I don't know if Erich Shiffman is in it.....I've never done it. It has a reflective picture on the cover of Ali in an all white outfit. If that's the one you're looking for and you want the VHS version, PM me and I'll send it to you.
